Natalie is a talented musician who prefers to stay behind-the-scenes working as a composer due to anxiety. During a chance encounter at a nearby lake, she encounters Chris, a man who turns her world upside-down. They form a strong friendship and Natalie’s feelings for him deepen beyond that of just friendship, but Chris is already in a relationship. Natalie struggles with an on again, off again relationship, insecurities, anxiety and mounting feelings towards Chris while having to face down some long buried pain of her past.
